Jonanthan Wilfong, Managing Director

With over 50 years of broad industry experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and capital formation Jonathan has participated in over 100 transactions, both as intermediary or principal. Over the course of his career he has advised or participated in numerous capital formation and merger and acquisition activities that aggregated in excess of a $ billion. In addition to his primary role as a managing director he serves as the president of FOCUS Securities LLC, an affiliated company. Jonathan has a broad range of experience having successfully closed a number of merger and acquisition transactions for middle market companies in the business services, IT, healthcare, human services, construction, alternative finance, employee benefits, manufacturing, architectural design, entertainment, oilfield services and security industries among others.
Prior to his involvement in M&A, Jonathan was a partner with Price Waterhouse, including serving as an office managing partner. A CPA, he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from East Carolina University and participated in the Executive Program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
